Variety of good breakfast options. Had twin room with bottled water. Good, comfortable location in Lusaka, close to probably one of the busiest streets in Lusaka as well as the centre of Lusaka. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Lusaka National Museum.

A friendly staff experience
I enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff each morning. Breakfast was good, with a consistent spread that gave a cozy, home-like vibe. The location was serene at night.
I found the bathroom space quite cramped. The gym was underwhelming, with limited equipment that prompted me to exercise in my room instead. There was no room service available.

missingWrote a review on 27 Septsad corridorloud air conditioning
I walked into the hotel, and the corridor was just dark and sad, no charm whatsoever. The air conditioning was louder than my alarm clock! I mean, where's the welcome gift? Is that too much to ask, or do i look like everyone else? If i had better treatment, i almost would've given a good review, but no.

Upon entering the corridor leading to my room, the lack of decor, with a stale odor that suggested neglect. My air conditioning unit was annoyingly loud, causing some disruption during the night, and the absence of functioning lamps next to the bed was an oversight that affected my comfort. A lackluster dining experience left much to be desired, with the food failing to meet expectations on that evening.

The spacious accommodations felt inviting, with clean lines and a refreshing ambiance. Access to the dining area from my room was easy, even in my slippers!
Better signage for the parking garage would help.
